Cat in Water

It is a very well known fact that cats don’t like water. A cat doesn’t even like to be caught in rain, let alone in a large body of water, like a lake or a pond. Also, while cats are experts at climbing trees and walls, something that is simply not possible for dogs, cats can’t inherently swim well like dogs do. Throw a dog in water, and he will eventually swim to the shore, and will probably even enjoy the swim. Throw a cat in water, and the results are there for all to see in these pictures.
Not only is the cat not happy to be in the midst of deep water, it looks positively scared, worried and helpless. Gone is the arrogant demeanor, which is characteristic of cats- it seems to be hoping that someone comes to its rescue and does so quickly.
